When you join our Tinnitus-program, you will receive a personalized and comprehensive treatmentplan. During the course of the program, you will have regular meetings with a specialist, who guides you on your journey towards a quieter life.
This is included:
- Diagnostics, assessment and mapping of your tinnitus.
- Assessment of neck, spine and jaws (TMJ/TMD)
- Physical treatment (if possible to visit the clinics in Sweden – otherwise guidance in ways to treat yourself, see below)
- Personalized treatmentplan
- Step-by-step guides on Relaxation, Neuroplasticity and the skeleto-muscular system.
- CBT-techniques specifically designed for Tinnitus.
- Specific treatment for sounds sensitivity (hyperacusis)
- Regular meetings and check-ins with a specialist/your coach.
You start by booking a consultation with our specialist in Tinnitus. From there you will receive your personalized treatmentplan and further guidance on how to improve.
