When you join our Tinnitus-program, you will receive a personalized and comprehensive treatmentplan. During the course of the program, you will have regular meetings with a specialist, who guides you on your journey towards a quieter life.

Diagnostics, assessment and mapping of your tinnitus.
Assessment of neck, spine and jaws (TMJ/TMD)
Physical treatment (if possible to visit the clinics in Sweden – otherwise guidance in ways to treat yourself, see below)

Step-by-step guides on Relaxation, Neuroplasticity and the skeleto-muscular system.
CBT-techniques specifically designed for Tinnitus.
Specific treatment for sounds sensitivity (hyperacusis)

Fick förklara för Anders  vilka problem jag hade  den
första träffen. Han utformande en handlingsolan med
bla praktiska övningar som var lätta  utföra som underlättar
i den vanliga vardagen, Gör övningarna varje dag och motioner
mycket det har gjort min tinnitus har blivit mycket bättre ca 20 % på dryga 1.5 månad. Känns faktiskt  bra på så kort tid men det
krävs lite självdeciplin innan det ger resultat
